There's an ocean view from the top floor, a community pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. If you're looking for a relaxing get-away you can kick back and stay home just minutes from the beach, or drive to the city minutes away at with tons of shopping at Pier Park, 30A or PCB. Good to know

18 and over to book. The 3 story townhome is split into 2 separate areas between a hall in the front. The door on the left goes into the studio which has it's own separate small kitchen, bathroom, queen and couch bed that will fit up to 4 people. The door on the right goes to the top 2 floors into the full sized kitchen, dining, and living room area. There are flat screen TV's in each room and wifi available throughout the home.

House Rules

There are 2 guaranteed parking spots available on premises. There's 1 overflow parking spot to the side of the unit and in the back of the complex but it's first come first serve with only a few available. DO NOT park in front of another unit's home or you may be subject to tow. 2 parking spots are guaranteed, 3 cars absolute MAX if the overflow is available. If you bring a 4th car or more you will have to find parking elsewhere for them. No smoking in the house or your deposit will be kept. No loud music after 12pm. HOA policies Palms Luxury Townhomes Rules and Policies Thank you for staying at our townhome during your visit to Panama City Beach. These rules are in place to keep this complex in a condition worthy of your visit. Please adhere to these rules and policies, as we do not employ a manager or janitor to keep the common grounds clean. Each tenant or guest is responsible for doing their part to keep this complex free of litter and in good condition. Failure to adhere to these basic rules and policies is grounds for eviction from the complex. Parking 1. Please park in the two designated spots under the townhouse. Any overflow parking is between units as they may agree, between unit A6 and the pool, or in the marked spaces back near the dumpster in the turnaround area. The middle and outer lanes must remain clear at all times for emergency and service vehicles. Larger vehicles parked under or between units must not extend into the middle lane. Please do not park in another unit’s designated spaces or park in any manner that restricts another unit’s ability to pull into or out of their space. Absolutely do not park more than three cars total in the complex (two in the unit designated spaces and one overflow). Please adhere to instructions by HOA members if they ask you to change the way you are parking. 2963 if anyone threatens to tow one of your three vehicles for any reason. 2. No unlicensed or inoperable vehicle, truck weighing more than one and a half tons, boat, jet-ski, trailer, RV, or other oversized vehicle shall be operated, parked or stored at the Palms. Common Areas 1. A trash dumpster is provided for disposal of ordinary household trash. This does not include waste generated from fishing or hunting trips, used and unwanted appliances and furniture, or other bulky materials. All trash containing organic matter must be bagged and securely tied before being placed in the dumpster. Leaving garbage outside of the bin will result in it being shredded by raccoons. If this occurs, you will be asked to clean up the mess. 2. Owners and guests must respect the common areas. Littering is prohibited. Litter includes cigarette butts. Please pick up cigarette butts dropped by persons in your group. 3. Toys or personal items used in the common areas must be removed after use and not left overnight. 4. No skateboarding, riding mopeds, motorized scooters, and the like is allowed. 5. Please, no smoking, no horseplay or foul language at the pool. This is a family community. 6. Do not invite friends or persons not staying in your unit to swim at the pool. 7. Please adhere to all other pool area rules posted on signs there. Pool is closed after 10:00 PM. 8. Do not take glass into the pool area. 9. No disturbance of others or balcony noise, especially after 9:00 PM. 10. Clean the grills at the pool after use.

Other Details to Note

The unit (B2) has 2 covered spots reserved for parking. There is an overflow spot on the side of the building but it's 1st come 1st serve. Do NOT park in front of other cars. If you bring 3 cars and an overflow spot isn't available, you can park behind your OWN car sideways but you must only block people in your own party with the 3rd vehicle and not restrict the driveway path at all. Do not bring more than 3 cars unless you plan on parking them offsite. If you block other peoples car your car may be towed.

Neighborhood

The Palms is right across the street from laguna beach. I have been to many beaches in Florida (including Clearwater) and this is one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. It's one of the few area's in FL with emerald green waters, you just don't get that everywhere. The neighbors are friendly and the food is great. It's quite much of the time, but it is near the beach so there will be party goers during peak seasons.

Hello! This is a 3 story townhome right across the road from the beach. You will have 3 floors with a bedroom and full bathroom on each level. There is access to a community pool, hot tub and the third floor has a beach view! You will have approx. 2000 sq ft of space that can accommodate up to 12 people with the beach just a short few minute walk away !
