Hello! Thank you for booking with us. This is the top 2 floors of a 3 story townhome with its own private entrance and lock so there is no shared living space. You will have one large room on the third floor with a beach view from the top floor and one master bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on each of the 2 floors. There is a full kitchen that is fully stocked, dishwasher, TV on both floors, wifi, washer and dryer and access to a shared community pool and hot tub. The beach is just a few minutes walk away across the road. You have 2 reserved parking spots under ONE carport parking spot on the RIGHT side of B2 which is directly in front of the front door. Park 1 car under the right carport and pull in close to the door, and park the other car BEHIND the 1st one. If you have problems you can check for a spot on the VERY LEFT hand side of each townhome which isn't under a carport which is 1st come 1st serve parking. There are also a few spots all the way in the back of the complex which is also 1st come 1st serve parking.
